In November last year, the WWA Board came together to review our Strategic Plan and map out the next phase of Walker Wayland Australasia.
There is real momentum across our community – in our collaboration groups, within our firms, and in the way we continue to show up for each other across Australia and New Zealand.
What became increasingly evident, through the strategic planning discussions, is how important it is that our structure evolved to support that momentum.
Our focus is clear:
• Continuing to grow our community across ANZ
• Supporting people flow from grassroots through to Partner
• Deep implementation collaboration
• Building a sustainable corporate governance structure
As part of this next phase, WWA has strengthened its leadership structure to deliver on what we have set out to achieve.
We are delighted to share:
• Jason Croston has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (and will continue in the role as Chairperson)
• Abby Donovan has been appointed Chief Operating Officer
• Tim Naylor joins the WWA Board, adding fresh insight and diversity to our governance structure
These appointments are about strengthening the foundation of our association so we can continue to grow, support our firms, and back our people.
We are extremely excited about our future.
